1. Site Survey & Consulation




Right from your first enquiry our staff and managers will be on hand to provide you with the information you require. Our Area Manager is involved throughout your playground project. Having discussed your brief, he will carry out a site survey and will plan and cost the proposals ensuring we give you exactly what you asked for. 

After processing your order, work is programmed to suit your requirements. Then, following installation and when the final checks have been completed by RoSPA, we will ask you to formally take over the area. 
 
Our overall site foreman has many years experience in the playground industry and with Play and Leisure Services. We have many well-trained workmen, which are directly employed by our company, this enables us to provide an excellent and prompt after sales service.

2. Design & Estimation



We can give you help and advice about every aspect of planning and building a playground. This includes the production of a plan and 3D drawings of our proposals or your designs plus advice about meeting relevant playground safety standards.

Play and Leisure Services use the very latest CAD and 3D software to produce accurate and colourful plans and perspective drawings of your site. 
 
These are extremely useful in allowing your colleagues, or others involved in the decision making process, a chance to preview the plans in a three dimensional format

3. Installation and After Sales






On completion and handover of a new playground we ourselves call back for an 8 week inspection to check on our equipment and safety surfacing that there has been no undue wear on equipment or parts, loose bolts, surfacing or any other works carried out by ourselves, we will fix or replace any parts of our equipment that have been deemed unsafe or have been subject to unduly wear. 
 
Our Company can also provide a 1 day training course to staff in respect of the maintenance of play areas and this can be arranged at the customer’s convenience after completion of the RoSPA Inspection.
